  • Trainerize (client coaching platform)

  • Email provider

  • Go Cardless Payment provider

  • Google, for forms and secure document storage

I will only keep your personal information for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes it was collected, including providing your coaching, maintaining appropriate business records, and meeting any legal, insurance or regulatory requirements.

When your information is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Where you withdraw consent for the use of photos or videos, I will stop using them for future marketing and remove them from places under my control where reasonably possible.
